I finally decided to start documenting parts of my life.

Coming to terms with bad faith (mauvaise foi)

I've learned that good health means adequate sleep, physical exercise, with a balanced diet and holding to a positive mindset. I adopted these habits recently and noticed a life changing benefit to my stress and satisfaction in life. Hopefully the previous bad habits go away permanently.

As Socrates said "The unexamined life is not worth living". There's definitely a feeling of katharsis knowing in body and mind of impactful positive change.

Accepting responsibility for my actions and thoughts has helped me become a better person.
